There have been tons of rumors and reports about Google adding a new subscription service for its YouTube division for months. Today, the company officially announced its plans for what it is calling YouTube Red. It will officially launch on October 28 for $9.99 a month.

What do you get for that amount of money? The biggest benefit is that subscribers will be able to watch YouTube videos with no ads, along with the ability to download videos to watch offline. It will also allow users to run YouTube videos in the background while using other apps. Finally, it will come with free access to the Google Play Music streaming service, and people who have already signed onto that service will get free access to YouTube Red as well. YouTube Red will come with a free 30-day trial when it launches.

Google stated:

Best 6 Xposed Modules For Android

6 Xposed Modules to Try on Your Android Device

Xposed Framework is a popular framework for Android that allows you to add tons of new features to your Android device that are not available by default. With root access on your device you can install additional apps that go beyond what a normal app can do. Xposed Modules let you do the same thing but with more access to the internals of your device.

Simply installing the framework is not enough to add new features. You must download and install the modules, or in simple words, the features, that you wish to have on your device. If you are new to Xposed and do not know which modules exist, the list below should help you get started.

The following are some of the modules that you can install with the Xposed Framework on your Android device:

Note: Your phone must be rooted before you can install Xposed Framework and its modules.

1. Xposed Additions

Xposed Additions allows you to remap the button configuration on your Android device. Using the module, you can set what button does what on your device.

For example, you can make the Menu button do something else than what it is supposed to do. That means you are now the manufacturer of the device and you decide what button brings up the menu and what stops music from playing. Doesn’t this sound cool?

2. NotifyClean

Who does not want their notification area to be clutter-free? NotifyClean lets you do exactly that. It allows you to control which app can send you notifications and which apps cannot. That way your notification bar will only have the notifications that you really wish to see, leaving all those junk alerts out.

3. YouTube AdAway

As the name implies, the YouTube AdAwaymodule lets you keep the ads away while accessing YouTube on your device. It blocks the ads that YouTube shows you before you play a video and lets you have a seamless experience. If you are a regular YouTube user, you might want to install this module to enjoy an uninterrupted video watching experience.

4. BootManager

BootManager allows you to manage the apps that launch when you boot up your device. These apps have been configured to automatically launch each time your device is booted up. Using the module, you can control what apps to not allow to be launched when your turn on your device. It really helps improve the performance of your device as there will be less apps in the system memory.

5. CustomShare

Sharing files on an Android device is much easier than any other OS. You just need to tap the Share icon and you are presented with all the apps that you can share the selected file with. The issue here, though, is that when you have a lot of sharing apps installed on your device, the share menu becomes really large, and that makes it difficult for you to find the app you want to share with.

CustomShare allows you to choose what apps you want to see in the Share menu so that only those apps selected by you will be there for you to share. It also helps you manage apps for the Open With menu on your Android device.

6. Advanced Power Menu+

Do you wish your power menu had more options than what it currently has?Advanced Power Menu+ lets you add a number of options to the Power Menu on your device. When you bring that menu up, you can tap on any option to perform the task it is supposed to do.

For example, you can add the screenshot option to the power menu and start capturing your screens from there. It has a number of options which include reboot, quick dial, toggle WiFi, flashlight, and many more.

Conclusion

PC posed has allowed developers to develop features, or modules, that allow a user to add a number of functionalities to their devices that weren’t available before. Above are some of the modules that you can try on your device to see the real power of Xposed Framework.
